About “Wellbrook Winery Cooking Classes"

The only rule for our cooking classes is to have fun! All classes include a full meal served with our wines or Bremner's juices, recipes and food prep demonstration by our guest chefs.

Give as a gift, or come with your friends for a great evening of good food, fun and education.

Classes are held at our heritage winery store in Ladner BC. If you are interested in a class, reserve your spot early as our classes are limited to 16 people and they fill up fast!

Wellbrook Winery Cooking Class With Chef Romy Prasad

    (with lime crunchy cabbage slaw & fresh cilantro)
  • Pan Seared Organic Chicken Breast stuffed with Fresh Lobster, Tarragon & Green Onions

    (a modern minestrone with a dozen veggies, served with Freshly Grated Parmesan & Garlic Bread from the grill)
  • BC Fresh Bistro Salad
    (with a mixture of belgium endive, crispy slivered Okanagan apples, toasted pecans & a “creamy” roasted apple-honey cider dressing)
  • Herb Crusted Pork with Ribs
    (Brined for flavour, with a crust of rosemary, fennel, sage & pepper carved & served with the ribs)
  • Roasted Cherry- Balsamic Thyme Chutney
    (the perfect side dish for pork, duck, or lamb-sweet & tangy-perfect with red wine)
  • Potato, Parsnip & Pear Puree
    (with Creme Fraiche & Sea Salt Butter-sweet, piquant & smooth a perfect accent)
  • Many-Berry Galettes

    (with local mussels, clams, fish, chicken & artisan sausage; it's a lesson in spices, rice & vegetables with lemon Alioli)
  • Simple Salad with Sherry Vinaigrette
  • Chocolate- Almond Torte with Toasted Orange Caramel Sauce
